The owner of this Vauxhall Astravan came to us looking for a solution to increase the power output from his vehicle as it felt especially sluggish whilst full with his tools and work equipment in the back.
We applied our custom “blend” remap to the van using state of the art tuning tools after a full diagnostics session. With the remap applied, we were able to take the 1.9 diesel engine from 147bhp to 190bhp with the torque going from 320nm to 400nm!
Our customer was very pleased with the difference we made to the vehicle. He complimented how the van now drives much more smoothly with minimal lag.
